Ways to Better Health to Perpetuate A Long, Long Life
In this era we are inundated with info, especially when it comes to learning paths to live fitter, increase awareness of our health and the complications that will set in if we pay no attention to the facts. But still people cast a blind eye to their daily habits and patterns and slowly lower their health and risk the length of their lives and the quality of life while alive. Take smoking for instance. Though its not as commonplace as it once was folk still smoke even though the once concealed research and facts are out. And there are so many paths to end this lethal habit with everything from the nicotine patch to hypnosis to quit smoking, yet folk still do it.
Each Time I see someone smoking I wonder what goes through their mind, if anything whatsoever. Do they realize they can give up in ways which actually help to make it simpler and more relaxed than they might even imagine? My pa smoked for 30 years and quit smoking with hypnosis while a pal of mine used acupuncture and the nicotine replacement sticker for only a week. She was better off without the patch, so she learned and basically stopped smoking. I’m not one of those evangelizing types its just that I only wish all people could feel better and live fitter because I know the advantages and rewards it offers to make healthy changes.
Reasonable people also know the giant advantages of exercise be it psychologically and physically yet to get the general public to move their bodies with effort for 30 to sixty minutes a day is like trying hard to get them to walk across a roaring fire shoeless. It is so critical so as to create and maintain a good body and spirit which can only bring benefits yet folk avoid it like the plague. But when we were children, before the age of electronics and sitting on your butt all day looking at a screen, all we would have liked to do was go out and play. Its a natural move to make.
The next thing folk have got away from is to be mindful about what to eat, how much to eat and how often. Three square meals used to be the phrase. HA! Now its more like a non-stop feast and everything selected is processed, full of fat, chemicals and other ingredients that attack and kill the body. As it is related, weight loss, and health, happens in 2 main places. The gymnasium and the kitchen. All we want to do is select tiny tiny things to switch and build towards a fitter lifestyle which lets us live for longer and luxuriate in a higher standard of life while we do.
When its all clear its a private choice to once and for all take a stand and come to a decision to treat your body and your life better and do what you need to do in order to increase the standard of life. Whether we do or dont, only every individual receives the advantages or deals with the effects. Though I assume that’s wrong either for sickness, disease, hospitalization, etc . Also has effects on the people in our lives and the burden of the cost of programs to help people who in the 1st place didn’t do anything to help themselves.
