Natural Body Cleanse: Toast To Better Health
Obesity is a widespread problem in the country. Many obese people try different methods in order to lose weight. Recently, body cleanses are popular. In practice, a total body cleanse is a much better route. The purchased type that you can find at a pharmacy is usually nothing more than a printed diet and a laxative. You are instructed to follow the diet and take the laxative. Instead, why not use a natural means with no harsh laxatives to clean the toxins and fecal matter from your colon.
When you are able to work with your body to provide natural cleansing, it may only require a small change in your eating habits to clean out your digestive system and to bring about a real change in your weight. Using natural means is easier on your body and can be maintained as needed to reach your goals of better health and weight management. Laxatives will help the toxins in your body to be released, but laxatives should not be taken indefinitely.
Begin your body clean process by increasing your intake of water. You should only use pure water. Colas, flavored waters and juices don’t count toward your daily quota of water. You should plan on drinking at least six to eight bottles of water each day. Avoid any artificial ingredients in the water or in the foods that you eat while in the period of the body cleanse.
Begin your natural cleansing process with a breakfast consisting of fresh fruit. There is a marvelous range of nutrients available in a piece of fresh fruit. You also get the water in the fruit and the fiber. Fiber and water help to cleanse the digestive system. Don’t add anything to the fruit before you eat. No sweeteners, preservatives or sugars should be used. The more fiber available in the fruit, the better the cleansing process will work.
Lunch, dinner and snacks should also consist of fresh fruits, but you can also add fresh raw vegetables. Don’t allow any preservatives, or other seasonings to be included in the diet for the cleansing period. The release of toxins from the body and intestinal tract can still be sidetracked if you are taking in more of the same in your daily diet.
The intake of toxins and preservatives is forbidden during the cleansing process. You should also avoid any oil, dressings or salt. These items will eliminate any positive effects from the body cleanse. Stick with fruits and vegetables as near to the natural state as possible.
The natural cleansing process is usually responsible for a rapid weight loss during the term. This is water weight that is lost. The drinking of extra water keeps you from being dehydrated and the water and fiber from the fruits and vegetables helps to flush toxins and fat cells from the entire body. Weight loss is likely to be substantial and sudden.
A week of the body cleansing should be followed by gradually reintroducing high fiber carbohydrates back into the diet. Adding proteins to the diet of vegetables and fruits is acceptable so long as the proteins are low fat. By continuing this diet, you will maintain and increase the weight loss that occurred during the natural body cleanse.
