Mesothelioma Causes
This mesothelioma is a kind of malignant cancer that many often came from the linings of the cells of the sacs of breast also called the pleura or the abdomen which is also called the peritoneum. In the chest, pleural mesothelioma may be the kind of cancer that is often present. The peritoneal is rare found in the human body, only minimal.
These kinds of cancer are very destructive within the human body especially the abdomen. They have these symptoms which are attached to the body parts; these are abdominal swelling, nausea, bowel obstruction and vomiting. The type of mesothelioma cancer which is very hard to find on body is the pericardial mesothelioma, which include the sac that is surrounding the heart.The two kinds of cell o the mesothelioma is called the epithelial and sarcomatoid.
Rarely, these two types of cells can also be both present. A Sarcomatoid cell is extremely rare and is only 15% cases; it portends a weaker projection. In a tiny chance, the mesothelioma came from benign and non-malignant cells. And it is called the benign mesothelioma that can be treated through surgery.
There’s a big chance of formation of mesothelioma in people who work on road constructions simply because they may breathe on asbestos. These asbestos causes malignant mesothelioma cancer. Men that are in the age of 40 may have this kind of cancer. There are also those who have contaminated by asbestos but they’re not aware about it so they acquire this kind of cancer without knowing it.
Good to know that when the restriction of using asbestos on road construction was instituted since 1983, the new cases of the mesothelioma cancer had became stable. That means that asbestos is really a main cause of the formation of these kinds of cancer cells. This restriction of asbestos usage is instituted by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
But unfortunately, an upswing of the mesothelioma cancer cases in Europe still continues. These mesothelioma causes are simply limited on the direct exposure of those asbestos.
