Getting Rid Of Whiteheads
Whatever name we call them, the fact is that zits, pimples and whiteheads should be removed fast!
Whiteheads are called closed comedones because they the pores are sealed by dirt, causing a small bump on the face. The white material is bacteria that can’t get out of the skin. Like blackheads, they can be squeezed out. However, in learning how to get rid of whiteheads, you’ll find out that this is not ideal.
Removing Whiteheads
First, clean your hands and face before any attempt. Try steaming your face or washing it with warm water. When drying up the wet skin, don’t rub your face with the towel and instead made deliberate pats on the face to remove excess water. Now, gently apply pressure to the base of the whiteheads and squeeze. This should easily break the skin. However, don’t force yourself if the whitehead won’t break easily. You can just postpone the activity until you feel that the pimple is ready. This is because wrongly popped whiteheads tend to leave a scar which are harder to get rid of.
How To Prevent Them
Teaching yourself how to get rid of whiteheads is every bit as important as learning how to prevent one. Once the pimples are gone, you have to be sure that they won’t come back again. For this, you might want to try keeping your pores clean. The most common way is by using cleansers containing salicylic acid and benzyl peroxide. You can also create your own cleanser if you want. Try using a mixture of oatmeal and milk to use as a face mask every three weeks. With this, your pores will stay closed. Partnered with a proper hygiene and healthy living, you just might beat the pimples yet.
Learning how to remove zits or pimples as they are commonly called can be frustrating. They usually pop out by the dozen and takes time to heal. Plus, there are many factors that can start pimples. Although you can avoid most of them, that’s not entirely possible. For example, there’s nothing you can do if the acne problem is hereditary except contain it. Also, most females suffer from acne breakouts during their menstrual period. For this, the most you can do it prevent. Anticipate it and start doing safety measures.
