We all hear a lot about stress these days, and how it can have all kinds of unwanted effects. The results of stress can be a little hard to predict, as they can be quite varied. Yet in every case, stress should be looked at closely and ways to manage it should be found. The following are some of the leading effects and consequences of stress.
